You will answer about 50 to 70 questions, depending on the choices you make, and typically takes around 20-30 minutes to complete.

Can I retake the test?
Yes, you can retake the test. If you would like to retake the test, you will need to purchase a new Access Code as the test can only be taken once per Access Code.

Is it safe to make a payment on the website?
Yes, it is safe. The Paystack payment portal we use to process payments is highly secure and uses advanced encryption and fraud prevention measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorised access.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?
Payments made through Paystack are typically processed immediately. Access to the Business Energy Profile test should be granted shortly after the payment is confirmed and your access token should be sent to you via email.

How do I find my Access Code?
Your Access Code will be sent to you via email after you have completed the payment process. To find your Access Code, simply open the email and then follow the instructions provided to take the test.

What should I do if I haven’t received my access token?
If you haven’t received your access token via email, check your spam folder or contact the Business Energy Profile support team for assistance on [email protected]

Can I use my Access Code more than once?
No, Access Codes are only valid for a single use. Once you have taken the test, you need to purchase a new Access Code to retake the test.

Can I share an Access Code with someone else?
Yes, you can share your Access Code with someone else. Access Codes are not tied to a specific user and can be used by anyone (so be sure to keep it safe). However, keep in mind that an Access Code is only valid for a single use, so once an Access Code has been used to take the test it will no longer be valid.
After creating and signing in to your account, you can send your purchased Access Codes via the platform by clicking on the envelope icon within the Access Code drop down menu.
